Four Week Program

Our training programs are focused on physical exercises that build up your muscles to support your bones, help you move, decrease injuries and pain diseases.

The physical exercises you will be doing throughout the program will help you ​relieving pain and tension in the musculoskeletal system which includes bones, muscles, tendons, ligaments, and soft tissues.

Our personal training programs will be tailored to your needs and your physical ability.

We will start with a mobility assessment to define the training level and training type that suits you best. Thereafter, we will look at the physical problems you are struggling with (long sitting, little movement, back problems) and discuss the physical exercises that will help you overcome these problems.

From there, we will set up the training plan which will include the time slots, the exercises, the progression plan to reach your goals. In addition and as applicable, we will check out the weights and equipment you have or you want to get. Further, we will chat about some of the equipment that might be useful to get once you progress to the next level.

After we ticked off the boxes on all of the above, we will kick it off and start building a Stronger You.

Online Live Coaching
Your coach will demo the exercises, provide you with instant feedback, keep you moving safely, and motivate you to push your limits. You will learn how to move better and how to improve your body position for each physical exercise.

Like our current customers, you can do the online live sessions in your garden, in the park, at the beach, in your living room, or even in a hotel room or at the pool should you find yourself in the nice situation of traveling around the world.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The personal Trainer will advise;

    1. on the app (Zoom, Whatsapp, FaceTime) to be used for Online Live Coaching.

    2. on the location of the training session for Face to Face Coaching.

  2. The Personal Trainer will advise whether the is taking place indoors, outdoors, or online.

  3. All prepaid programs shall be paid in advance prior to the commencement of the 1st session.

  4. If at any time the client’s account is overdue no sessions will be performed until the overdue amount is paid.

  5. The numbers of weekly sessions are to be used within one week (7 calendar days)

  6. Unused sessions will be forfeited and can not be rolled over to the next week.

  7. Sessions will be conducted, supervised, and coached by trainers for the duration specified in the purchased service unless otherwise specified or arranged between the Client and the responsible Trainer.

  8. Clients are to ensure that their answers provided in the Liability Waiver are honest and accurate, disclosing any information that is, or maybe deemed relevant to the Clients undertaking physical activities under Alma Live.

  9. Trainers may recommend that clearance of advice from a doctor or medical professional be sought. However, Clients are responsible for seeking such clearance or advice prior to undertaking physical activity, nutritional or physical intervention with Alma Live to prevent the risk of illness or injury.

  10. Clients shall participate in the Assessment Process or any other screening activities that the Trainer deems relevant or sufficient to clear the Client for training.

  11. It is the responsibility of the client to do all that is necessary to fully understand the terms & conditions for this service as well the companies terms and conditions.

Cancellations Terms

  1. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel a training session and if this notice is not given the session will be forfeited.

  2. All sessions are non-refundable, but transferable during the same week with fair notice.
