Commit and get Stronger
Our personal training programs run in a four-week setting that can be extended as many times as you like. The four-week setting allows you to maintain a schedule and keep you accountable, engaged and helps you to create a routine and consistency.
Nearing the end of the fourth week, your coach will do a brief review session and provide you with recommendations. With that, your coach will update the program and make it more interesting and challenging for your next cycle.
Live Coaching Sessions - Online
Your coach will demo the exercises, provide you with instant feedback, keep you moving safely, and motivate you to push your limits. You will learn how to move better and how to improve your body position for each physical exercise.
Like our current customers, you can do the online live sessions in your garden, in the park, at the beach, in your living room, or even in a hotel room or at the pool should you find yourself in the nice situation of traveling around the world.
Newbies to Advanced - All Welcome
From beginners, intermediate, to advanced fitness level; everybody can do it. We structure and tailor the programs to your needs and goals, and not the other way around.
Whether you want to do bodyweight exercise only, or using your own equipment, we easily go with what you prefer. With your progression, your coach will provide you guidance on equipment and weights that you may want to consider to progress even further.
