Personalised Training in Small Groups

We keep the group to a maximum of 6 participants. This keeps it interesting and challenging for everyone. The limited number of participants allows your coach to focus on all participants individually.

Your coach will demo the exercises, keep you moving safely, provide you with instant feedback, and motivate you to push the limits.

Because of the small group setup, we can structure the exercises to your level of fitness and your liking of equipment and weights.

Live Coaching Online

Like our current customers, you can participate in the personalised group training sessions and work out in your garden, in the park, at the beach, in your living room, in a hotel room, or even in your gym.

Our live coaching allows you to interact instantly with your coach, ask questions, and learn what each exercise is targeting and how they help you become healthier and fitter.

Four Week Commitment

Joining the small group, you will commit to a four-week training schedule that you can extend as many times as you want. This allows you to create a routine and to keep yourself accountable, engaged, and maintain consistency.

Working out with like-minded participants, you will experience how our community can encourage and inspire you.
