Founder - Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach

My name is Patricia Medina and I am a passionate Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. In my spare time, I am a passionate Stand Up Paddle Boarder and Kite Surfer. All part of my lifestyle that I developed over the years.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Diploma in Exercise Physiology that I acquired at the University Mayor in Chile. Further, I hold a certificate III and IV in Fitness from the Australian College of Sport and Fitness and I am a certified Level 1 Cross Fit Trainer. I have gained experience in Personal Training, Group Training, Nutritional Consultation, Dietitian Advisories, Nutritional Interventions, and Sports Nutrition. With my experience in fitness and nutrition, I am keen to inspire and guide you to find your healthy lifestyle, to continuously workout and follow your training and diet plan.
