Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about our services, videos, classes, or memberships. We aim to respond to any messages and support enquiries within a short matter of time. Because we are a young team fully occupied starting up our business, we may take between 24 to 48 hours to respond.
While we make all efforts to keep bugs and other little creatures out of our website, it might be that there are still some smaller functionalities that perhaps don't work as they should or as we thought we have developed them. We are happy to receive feedback on nonconforming functionalities that we can rectify and improve.

I signed up with a free membership, what now?
As a free member, you can watch all free Alma Live videos that we publish on our website. Further, the free membership gives you a 5% discount on the first 30 minutes One-on-One Online Personal Training Session. So, what are you waiting for?
I am an Online Classes Member, how can I join the classes?
Sign in to our members area, go to 'My Alma Live', and select the submenu 'Classes'. There you can see a list of upcoming classes. Just press the button join and confirm your participation.
I am a free member and I would like to upgrade to a paid membership, how do I do that?
Just sign-in to access the members area, go to ‘My Alma Live’, select ‘My Profile’, followed by ‘My Membership’, and select the Membership you would like to upgrade to. Thereafter, just complete the payment form and get started.
Do I need to be a member to purchase a Personal Training or Nutrition Consultation session?
You don't need to be a member to purchase any services with us. Just go to our shop and select and purchase the service you would like to receive.
Do I have to be a member to join the online classes?
You can join our classes without being a member. Simply purchase a ticket for the online class you would like to join. But remember, you will save money and get stronger with an Online Classes Membership.
Can I join the classes as a free member?
You can join our classes as a free member but you have to purchase a ticket for the online class you would like to participate in. If you want to save money and join more than one class a week, just sign up for an Online Classes Membership.
Can I cancel a class that I have joined?
You can cancel your participation in a class 24 hours prior to the start of the class. To cancel your participation, just go to the class you joined and click the 'Cancel' button.
I purchased a ticket for a class but I need to cancel my participation, will I get a refund?
Unused purchases for classes are not refundable. However, tickets to classes may be transferable during the same term (7 days) upon receipt of a notice of 48 hours prior to the commencement of the class originally purchased.
